Welcome to Maison Visuelle!
By using my services (such as graphic design, web design, photography or custom work), you agree to the terms and conditions below. These apply to every current and future project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions; the most recent version is always available via my website or upon request.

Services & working methods

Maison Visuelle offers creative services in the field of:

  • Visual identity (Essence, Signature)
  • Web design (Launch, Essence, Signature)
  • Photography (Essence in image)
  • Combination package (The Complete Start)
  • Custom Design

You choose a fixed package, or you receive a custom quote. Before the start of the project, we coordinate expectations and goals together.

Payment & advance payment

  • A 30% deposit is required to start the project.
  • The remaining amount is paid before delivery.
  • Payment in installments is possible for certain packages.
  • All invoices are payable within 14 calendar days.
  • Copyrights and files are only transferred after full payment.

Please note: in case of late payment, the project may be temporarily paused.

Delivery & Revisions

  • You will receive your files digitally via email or WeTransfer.
  • Web design is delivered in WordPress (via Elementor), live on your domain.
  • Each project contains 1 to 2 revision rounds. Additional adjustments can be discussed.
  • Check all texts, names and details carefully. Maison Visuelle is not liable for content errors after your approval.

Websites

After approval, you are responsible for the content of your website.
I will provide a clear structure, mobile optimization and basic SEO.
After delivery, I will show you how to make adjustments yourself.
I am not responsible for changes or content that is added afterwards by you or third parties.

External tools (such as plugins or integrations) fall under the conditions of that third party.

Copyright & Usage

  • Until full payment, each design remains the intellectual property of Maison Visuelle.
  • After payment, you will receive the right to use it for business purposes.
  • The work may not be modified or resold without permission.
  • Unless you notify me otherwise in writing within 5 days of completion, I reserve the right to show your project in my portfolio or on social media.

Photography & Travel

  • Your photoshoot will take place at a location of your choice, in a natural or professional setting.
  • Travel is included up to 30 km around Cambayrac (46140).
  • Outside of that I charge €0.40/km round trip.
  • You will receive carefully selected and edited images, ready for use on website, print and social media.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel the project at any time. The advance payment will be retained as compensation for reserved time and preparations.
  • In case of cancellation after (partial) execution, the completed payments will not be refunded.

Liability

  • Maison Visuelle is not responsible for content that you or others provide or place.
  • Nor for damage, errors or abuse resulting from the operation of your website, the printing or the use of the material.
  • You are responsible for the legal control of content (such as texts, photos, data).

Final provisions

  • These conditions apply to every customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
